My path has woven through the medical field, entrepreneurship, and creative writing, each chapter shaped by service, ambition, and heart. I’m a servant-hearted daughter, proud mother of four beautiful children, and fur mama to my sweet Mylo.
My mission is to strengthen women—guiding others through identity challenges as I walk my own healing path. With grace and grit, I extend my hand to those ready to rediscover themselves, reclaim their power, and rise with resilience.

Affectionately known as “Dr. J,” Dr. Jennifer Jackson is a native of Longview, Texas, and a proud daughter of educators who instilled in her the belief that education is a powerful tool for change. She earned her degree in Biology and Chemistry from Prairie View A&M University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Hampton University in 2008.
Dr. J currently practices pharmacy in Texas while serving communities globally. She serves as the Founder and CEO of
3-Triumvirate, which includes The Tiffany’s Breakfast — a nonprofit initiative bridging generational and social gaps among women, Be Her Now Books & Conferences, and J O’Neal Couture.
A passionate educator and advocate, she has served as an adjunct professor at Texas College, prolific writer and communicator.
Dr. J has contributed to over 17 published books and is the Editor-in-Chief of SitiGirl Dallas Magazine.
